Professional Chef (retired about three years now)

Longtime Lurker!

Have been in the Kitchen over twenty years. I don't do much anymore just messing around out in the country and taking advantage of Farm to Table concept. I am retired but when an interesting opportunity or challenge comes my way I'm usually game.
