Hi All:

I am planning on makinge potato gnocchi from scratch. I know how to make it, but never made for 20 people.

Anyone know how many potatoes, flour, eggs, oil, salt I would need? Can I just triple or quadruple a good recipe?

Please advise, this is for Next Monday.

For the most part a potato gnocchi recipe should pretty much scale up without a problem.

Is it your main dish or just a side dish?  What else is being served?   What's your crowd?  Women children, old people?  Teenage boys?  Lumberjacks?  Firefighters?  A football team?  

As you can see, how much to portion per person varies wildly
