I think itd save time to cut the big beast up so it can fit into the dishwasher. Not everyone is on "board" with this idea.

My large board is wood, but I've always just hit bigger boards with soap followed by sani solution out of a bucket.

Slice er up. Nylon or wood, they cut very well. Dishwasher is an idiot proof way to sanitize.

Your language may be offensive to some. I would love to keep the large board, don't cut it. What if you need to break down a whole hog or side of beef?
