Hey everyone! I am a recent university graduate (my degree has nothing to do with pastry arts).
I have looking up on pastry schools in France. My main concern is the cost and I came across The Gastronomic Institute. Does anyone have any reviews on it? I can't seem to find that many reviews.
Is the institute good and is it recognised?
