Was lately dreaming of inspiration on a room Temp Tropical Salad with a Spicy fresh Prawn.
The Main ingredients in the Salad would be Coconut milk or cream . fresh Chilis. sweet . Mango as well as lightly incorporated Caribbean things as all spice. vanilla. raw onion. tipped with a spicy chili garlic Prawn all at room temp. anyone on tap

I'd eat it too, but you know what I think I'd like in it? Supremes of fresh grapefruit. Shrimp and grapefruit are fabulous together.

And I think coconut cream would be much better than dairy cream.

I'm not a fan of coconut cream used straight out of the can. Something about the process makes it grainy and lumpy and it doesn't seem to smooth out no matter what you do. The way is to grate the inside of an old coconut, put it in a cheesecloth, and use hot water to extract the milk. This is the original way to do it and yields a lighter and fresher product. Much more palatable also.

Cookbot, Very good point, thought I always cooked beyond the box , but grapefruit is something i never thought of, should be enough sugar in my new dish , to compensate for the sourness of this citrus. Must try, mayby red type. I like where your going
