Good evening Chefs,

Trying to get assistance with my upcoming ACF CEC written exam. A lil about me I am an Executive Chef with over 15 years in the kitchen. Currently a CDM at a hospital and trying to put this test behind me. I’m confused on what to study considering they want you to study 8 books. Any help is appreciated....

Can't go wrong brushing up on all food safety issues.

The way I remember it, the questions covered a wide variety of topics.
I don't remember any questions dealing with math, cost analysis, or labor.

I took it 15 years ago so I hope someone with fresher info helps out.

Hey Chef,

You could try and post your question in the pro chef and student sections. New user section is more for the Hi, my name is, this is what I do or why I love food... You could increase the chance of answers.
