I tried making rum marinated chicken and when I took it out the oven the marinate came out of the chicken and hardened on the tin foil and the chicken was dry.   What can I do next time so it doesn't come out dry.    

The marinated was  rum, brown sugar, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar , salt and spices.   I marinated the chicken for 12 hours and cooked it at 350f for 30 min.
