I got this Ninja cooker on sale and there is a sous vide setting. You can adjust the temperature in five degree increments so I decided to experiment with it. I set it to 130F for twelve hours and dropped the whole leg of lamb in with some garlic and thyme and shallot. Here is the end. You will have to finish the seasoning with a little flake salt to taste at the end after slicing. Kinda like that guy with the fancy steak.
