A few years back when I was working in Greece they used caper leaves in their cooking. The leaves from the caper plant were soaked in a salty brine and they were very tasty. I have not been able to locate caper leaves since I have been back in the states. Does anyone know where I could find or locate a supplier for caper leaves?
