I am trying to make Cheese Popcorn by using liquid cheese paste and pour it over rotating popcorn in my machine. This is how all the Gourmet Popcorn stores do.

I am trying to make liquid cheese which when coated over the popcorn, but the popcorn is still soggy and wet.

This similar topic was here one time but without any good answer.

Perhaps I’ve never had real gourmet popcorn but all the cheese popcorn I’ve eaten has been made with powdered cheese... which is why I really don’t like it.

I hope you work out a method and educate me... the concept of cheese popcorn is a good one and I’d love to experience a decent version.
