Does anyone have any experience/ thoughts on baking cheesecakes in counter top pizza ovens like Bakers Pride - P44S?

Unless the shelves are adjustable/removable, it doesn't look like there's enough room for a water bath nor enough room for the air to circulate around the cheesecake properly.
