Banquet food can only go so far. Stuffed and breaded like Cordon Bleu but with different fillings can be quite novel (but still plain.)

Get a whole breast. Pound it, fill it, fold it, freeze it.

Flour/eggwash/breadcrumb it.

Fry it to brown.

Chill it.

Fire it.

Sauce it.

My favorite chicken recipe
we take the Carcass, cut through the center of the breast, open the chicken like a book, and make it flat. Salt, a well-beaten chicken on all sides. Transfer the chicken to a large bowl and pour over 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and wine and send to the refrigerator for 2–3 hours to marinate. In a large frying pan, heat the butter, when the oil boils, put the chicken in the pan with the skin down. To properly press the chicken into the pan, use a press. Grill chicken for 30 minutes on one side and 20 minutes on the other. Add garlic oil to the chicken and serve with the hottest hot sauce That will add piquancy and better reveal the taste and aroma. A very tasty dish is suitable for a festive table and for a simple dinner.

Chicken fried rice started as a way to use up leftover rice, which has dried out some and may not be great on its own, but is still totally edible. The addition of oil and soy sauce and the addition of vegetables and meat makes the rice a delicious meal.
