Hi! l have tried many recipes of chocolate chips cookies and they turn tough... and l have read that we can add some trimoline ( inverted sugar) and dexrose can you tell me the exact amount that l should use and what can they be substituted with?thanks in adavance

What recipe are you using? There are a lot of cc cookie recipes out there that turn out well without using non-everyday ingredients. You might be over-mixing once you add the flour in and over-developing the gluten or maybe using too much sugar? Are you using both white and brown sugar?
Thanks for replying ..l am using just brown sugar
