That's a really broad question... Essentially you could blend cilantro with oil salt and xantham and you'll have a workable sauce that will look tight and glossy on a plate. This however is completely empty in glamour so you may want to supe it up anyway. Perhaps a cilantro chimichuri or Harissa....
