We have a large GLUTEN FREE kitchen currently available on Saturdays in Red Hook (between Rhinebeck and Hudson) in the Hudson Valley. Refrigeration and ample dry storage provided for long-term tenant; day rentals will need to bring ingredients in just for the day and remove everything at close of shift.
Kitchen has a six-burner range with oven, stand-alone convection oven, three large stainless steel work tables, 2-bay veggie sink, handwash sink, 3-bay commercial dishwashing sink. Partial basement with storage. Two restrooms. Lots of light, very clean and well-maintained. Trash removal is provided but no linens. There is also has a wonderful large storefront area that is unused and nicely renovated to easily accommodate a small group for a seminar or class. This is the perfect location for production OR cooking classes/workshops! There are 2 restrooms and even a small play area for children.
As you may be reading this months or even years down the road don't hesitate to get in touch to see if we have other times available. Overnights are also available. We are a strictly gluten-free company and do require that from our tenants as well. (No wheat/rye/barley/spelt used in cooking on the premises.)
$100-200 per day depending on usage + shift timing; $800 monthly for 1 full day weekly use + storage (available only for long-term tenants). As of posting Saturdays are the only available daytime shift but we do have some evenings and all overnights available.
