Commercial Kitchen in Clearwater, FL

Hi everyone, we have a fully equipped and licensed commercial kitchen in on US 19 in Clearwater, FL with walk-in cooler and freezers, that is currently unused.  We'd like to put it to use and we are open to the idea of short term rentals if anyone is interested.  The kitchen is part of a former 8000sq ft restaurant that would also be available to caterers/chefs who would like to host a tasting, open house, or pop up event and is also fully equipped with tables and chairs.

Hello, I am very aware that this post is 11 years old. However my husband and I are in search of a commercial kitchen for 3months come January 2024. We own a bbq catering company in Michigan and are planning on living part time in Clearwater and want to bring our mobile unit with us but need space to cook! Please advice. Thank you.
