Having trouble with starting a private conversation. I read that to start one, you click on the envelope icon and an option to start a new conversation should pop up and it’s not. Help?

It should appear as below (on a desktop system). Make sure you're using the latest version of whatever browser you prefer, and disable any extensions like pop up blockers to see if that might be the problem. If that doesn't help, can you please let me know what operating system and browser/version you're using?
