hello everyone,
i'm looking for a culinary school at rome or milano,
don't care if it's in english or italian so if you can recommend one or few it would be great.
for now i only got information about ICA in rome which the opinion about the establishment are really divided.
im looking for a place who well teach me the base so i could be a better cook and chef in the future.
i'm not looking for a how to boil water for pasta school...
