I was reading about a wine from Australia now being marketed in a can. Somehow I can't picture the elegance of a pop top Cabernet.

Can you imagine buying a six pack of sparkling wine for that "special picnic"
There is noway this won't affect the flavor of the wine....Thunderbird/Ripple; so are the cans returnable/recyclable??????

I just reconstituded (sp?)my 1945 Mouton with a little water...it wasen't that bad.
I also save on celler space!!

I don't mind the screw-top bottles, but cans?! Never!!!!!! Don't tell me that it won't effect the taste of the wine!
