Could anyone share a recipe for this? I am lost just cooked some in the oven at 300 F on a rack.
Very dry results were terrible. I think would have to braise this. I don't have a smoker or a barbecue.
I do have an instant pot. My instant pot has slow cooker option I have never used it.

You need to sear these. Hot and fast. No braising. They're going to be a bit tough so if you're used to meats that are "fork tender" and "melt in your mouth" then you may not enjoy them at first. But they're truly a fantastic cut IMO.

They're also called "L.A. Galbi".
