Been in and out of the food industry, since I was 16, My father is a Head chef and a French/Italian restaurant, my mother is sort of an all rounder, Expericence with working in schools and recently left Krispy Kreme. I hated the industry as a 16 year old. I was a potwash for quite a few years in different restaurants. Picked up a Pizza chef role a year ago decided it wasn't for me. Now 28 just finished a stint of 6 months 6 days a week working with my father picked up quite a bit! Now working at an American Diner on the outskirts of London.

Hope to learn different things and offer advice on this website.

Welcome sounds like you have had a love hate relationship with the kitchen. /img/vbsmilies/smilies/lol.gif How is the American diner in London concept being received? Please let us know if you have any questions about the forums or the site.
