OK...don't laugh.

One of the Grands left a Hershey "white chocolate" cookies and cream bar here the other day.

Once I had a bite I couldn't stop.

Think it was the little crunchy chocolate bits.....

Need to replace it but thinking of driving to a neighborhood where no one knows me lol.

Good chocolate!!!

I don't even like sweets that much.

But if I see a new type or brand I haven't encountered and I even think I want it?

Its a must-buy situation.

French Fries, now I will have to find some marrons glacés. Do you think I could find any in Oregon?

LOL flipflopgirl :^) I will have to try that. I figure it's time for a new addiction or two.

Chefbuba, I'm just coming off an Atkins diet and letting myself eat more carbs. I really missed buttered toast, and I might get some Smucker's strawberry preserves to put on it, but just a small jar. I don't want to regain the pounds I lost. For chips, the original Kettle Chips from Salem, Oregon are my favorites.

Peachcreek, I think a little chocolate is a necessary exception to any "sensible" diet, or maybe a necessary part of one. :D Necessary either way.

I got serious anxiety looking at the petit ecolier box. I never had them but I bet they must taste like these chocolate crusted "maria crackers" I use to vice on when I lived in Venezuela.

But, I honestly gotta say Nutella is my kryptonite.... don't judge me

Everyone has a salt/sweet combo they like.  Mine is potato chips and chocolate.  Utz chips specifically with dark chocolate.  The sensation of that salty thin chip on the tongue after a bite of lingering chocolate is so addictive I can go back and forth between the 2 until I feel quite ill.

Double dipped (chocolate) salted peanuts.

Make here at home and TRY to give most away but rarely happens.

What is it that is really good for your taste buds, something you can't buy too often because it's expensive and/or really not good for you, something you don't make a meal out of but maybe you would if you stopped thinking too much? Something too rich but you want a lot of it anyway?

Mine is

I saw these at Kroger yesterday but left on the shelf....for now /img/vbsmilies/smilies/smile.gif

I cannot trust myself with the holidays looming.

Altho I could see on a pm tea buffet ...

Hmmmm maybe pick up a couple pkgs then eat them all by myself....in hiding.

Haha, I'm judging you in a favorable way.

Koukouvagia, what are Utz chips? I have to know.

Flipflop, the only thing better than Petit Ecolier biscuits, is them with tea. I grew up with tea time at 4:00 in Assam.

Aghhh...

You have woken a sleeping giant (loose quote from a Japanese admiral re the bombing of Pearl Harbor ;-).

Now I gotta have store bought (HEB deli) green onion dip (cold cold cold) with plain Lays.

The dip is a bit sweet and the chips...../img/vbsmilies/smilies/licklips.gif well they are not low in sodium lol.

I find Lays to be a bit too thin and too salty. That's why I like Utz!

In India you could (and I'm sure still can)  find potato chips made from kind of thick slices of potato, about twice as thick as what we're used to, that were dried before frying. They are very crunchy. You can also get them pretty heavily spiced, which I love.
