Good chocolate!!!

I don't even like sweets that much.

But if I see a new type or brand I haven't encountered and I even think I want it?

Its a must-buy situation.

One of the last places I cooked at had roast duck on the menu. The chef would trim the ducks before roasting, then put all the trim in the bottom of the pan. A big treat in the kitchen was getting out the fresh crispy duck skin trim. So yummy. So much like eating pure crunchy duck fat.
