Does anyone know if deep-fried cheesecake can be ordered from a restaurant supplier? I was told Sysco/USfoods might have it at one time, but have not been able to find it. I want the standard cheesecake variety wrapped in spring rolls not the tortilla wrapped kind.

Have you thought to ask around at some stand alone brick and mortar or Internet bakeries?
What you are describing cannot be all that difficult or expensive to put together, flash freeze and ship to you once or twice a month.

I could see this being done in a crab wonton style.  

bake off a cheesecake base in a hotel pan with a water bath. 70 scoop to fill wrappers. 10x and a chocolate drizzle. mmmmmm

I don't think this is a popular enough item for supplier to carry,(i've never heard of this before) but could be an excellent from scratch dessert for your restaurant,

I've used Kellogg's Corn Flake crumbs mixed with sugar and a pinch of cinnamon, then deep fried. Less labor intensive yet the results are nice.
