Hey Pete-

Disney is where we went on our honeymoon 20 years ago. Now that's where I work.

The most romantic place to dine, and the best food, is the California Grill. It is on the top of the Contemporary Hotel and overlooks the Magic Kingdom. You want to make your reservations about 1 1/2 hours before the fireworks are scheduled to go off. That usually times it so that you are having dessert when the lights in the restaurant go down and you have a spectacular view of the fireworks over the castle. I would recommend walking out on the verandah to see the fireworks.

A couple other great places to eat a WDW are
Flying Fish
Victoria and Albert's

Regardless of where you dine, make your reservations now. You can call 407-WDW-DINE

PS- We're always looking for great chefs and cooks!
