I used to run long distance throughout high school, and the short time I was in college. Now with my work schedule (I work 12 hours x 6 days, aka the normal hours) I haven't run in a year. Sometimes I think, it would be good for my health to start again. But the overriding feeling is always "goddamit I need all the sleep I can get".
