Good Day Community,

I have been going through a lot of training courses provided by various schools. I am a working professional and devoting 6 months or plus is something I cannot afford at this stage of my life.

I already have a 2 yrs culinary diploma from Les Roches and want to further develop my skills and knowledge.

So I came accross institute Paul Bocuse,
Where they have special programes for working professionals. Its a 5 weeks intensive training. They length which suits my requirments.

Has anyone been to this course before, If so. How was the experience
