Hi guys,
I looked through the threads and didn't find an answer. I hope I am not double posting.
I need some help. I graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Boston in 2012. Been working my way up and currently a sous chef in Boston. But I feel like I hit a rut. I love the guys I work for and looking for new experiences.
So I thought about traveling to Europe, and possibly work there for a couple of years. Ideally it'll either be in France or Spain. Unfortunately, I do not speak a word of French so leaning towards Spain do to the fact I can understand the language.
What are the necessary steps in making this happen?
