Hi Everyone!

So I'm starting this fruit and veggie chip business (zucchini, kiwi etc..), and when analyzing my cost, I find that the biggest share is labor, mainly from spreading fruit and veggie slices on dehydrator shelves and unsticking them later (they are very thin, <2mm before dehydration, paper thin after).

I was wondering if anyone has experience on the fastest way to do that? and if anyone knows of equipment that can help? I'm interested in even expensive industrial equipment to plan a possible expansion, if I find an investor.

I thought there must be some conveyor slicers that slice and spread slices directly on a sheet/shelf or even belt, but so far my research is leading me to believe no such things exist.

Thanks!
