Hey everyone kind of need your help if you have a moment. In effort to streamline things at ChefTalk we thought we would try something different in our Chef's Forum section. For those of you who are not familiar with this section of ChefTalk you can check it out here:

Basically the way it works is ChefTalk chooses a food topic (currently artichokes) and then we ask the chefs for their favorite preparations of this item.

In the past we have called all of the chefs (yes really) all across the country, but this is extremely time consuming. We would like to ask all the chefs in the ChefTalk community if they would like to be included in the Chef's Forum to post their ideas here. You will need to include the following:
  • Full Name
  • Name of restaurant where you work
  • City and State
  • Preparation
This months topic is: Lobster
