It looks soooo good Kyle. Specially the first loaf. I love the shape and it's so nicely brown, almost gilded in gold. The colour is just perfect. I wish I could taste it.

I wont even start on the olive bread...


As for the shape, the baguette really looks like a baguette. You should see my interpretation of the batard/baguette I think I invented a new shape of bread.

Next week I'll try for a boule. With my luck it will come out as a square.
