I FINALLY RECIEVED MY TEMPERING MACHINE IN THE MAIL!!! i am soooo happy.

he he he ...

still waiting for the enrobber though...

oh.. for those who are interested... i got the revolation 1.

it only holds 1.5 pounds... which is somewhat of a draw back however, i can have some melted chocolate handy to pour into the tempering machine, which is good.

i paid about $350 for it.

hopefully it will work nicely!

Glad to hear you got the Revolation 1. I use it all the time at my tasting parties and I never have any problems. If you have any questions let me know - I may be able to help. If you decide to get another or know someone else who wants one send them my way and I can get it for 200.00 brand new. Enjoy!

can anyone recommend a quiet tempering machine ? I have a several years old sinsation, but it only tempers a 1.5 pounds is LOUD and I can't empty excess choc from rectangular mold back into it without it spilling on sdes of machine. Is the Matfer dipping machine not a temperer?? appreciate the help

Isaac,

Just checking to see if you can still get that Revolution Tempering machine for $200.00?  And if so...what kind of feedback have you heard on those?  Is it good?  I read on "one review" that it takes "forever" to melt the chocolate down in it.  Is that true?
