Hi everyone, so I'm trying to put my business plan together but having no such luck getting estimates on vendor prices. Was told by Sysco my best bet is hoping to get that information straight from the owners, but so far no such luck. Anyone having better luck than me that can give some advice?

I wrote a list of all the machines and commercial ware I was going to have to have in my kitchen. I then went to two commercial vendor places with my list and asked them to cost it out for me. I also went to a third used commercial vendor asking the same thing. I asked them all to give me a quote or approximation of cost as well as any warranties and guarantees that would be in place if I bought from them as well as from the manufacturers. I also asked them to cost the lists as a total sale with cash, credit and lease. Just to see the difference. This also impressed the hell out of the financial lenders I went to as they saw I was very thorough in investigating the financial output as well as all the options available. Although.....all of that might have been overkill....hehe

PS: I did not tell the places the list was for a business plan, I just let them assume I was in the market to buy.
Alright then, I'll try to keep that in mind. Which vendors did you check out, if you don't mind me asking?
