Hi.
Sorry if the title of this thread doesn't deliver, it's just that all the "hello", and "hi there" titles were seeming a little stale. =]
Well, I'm from Toronto Canada, I've been reading your boards here on and off for a few weeks now, and decided to give in and join. I haven't worked in the industry for nearly 9 years now, but cooking remains my number one passion.
Hope to learn, aspire, inspire and hopefully have a few laughs.

Thanks for the greeting Mezzaluna.

Tough question, I've rarely been known to repeat a meal... I suppose that whatever dish I'm cooking, that's the dish I enjoy the most at the time. But, commonly, I suppose Risotto finds it's way to my plate much of the time.
