And everyone else of course....
Here's a recipe that I took off the net.

Coney Dogs for a Crowd
makes about 32 - 40

2 LB ground beef
2 celery ribs
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 C packed brown sugar
1/4 C cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (32 oz) bottle ketchup
2 C tomato juice
4 pkgs hot dogs
32- 40 hot dog buns

In large saucepan cook beef, celery and onion until meat is no longer pink ; drain.

Combine the brown sugar, cornstarch and salt ang pepper; stir into the beef mixture. Add ketchup and tomato juice. bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes.

prepare hot dogs

serve about 1/4 cup sauce on each hot dog.
