Kleen Release[emoji]8482[/emoji] Teflon coated pastry mats are manufactured by taking standard PTFE coated fiberglass fabric and over-laminating it with a solid cast fluoropolymer film. The back of the mat is coated with skid resistant food grade silicone rubber. This unique combination of materials (total thickness .007") allows your portable, oven safe, non-stick work area to fasten itself onto any kitchen surface. (withstands temps to 500°F). Did I mention that it is also dishwasher safe!
