I used part of a fresh coconut today. Can I freeze the remaining flesh? Right now it's in the fridge, sealed in a FoodSaver bag.

I did on a microplane medium ribbon grater- not too bad, but it was more like ribbons and tiny chips than nice, even shreds. Didn't matter- it was only for me, part of a midguided recipe trial.

That's all I can get here, Kuan. It was pre-scored (but the shell was in quite good condition) and I easily opened it with an ice pick (to remove the water), a ribber mallet, and the vice on my husband's work bench. Whack!!!! Whack!!!! Whack!!! Great after a week of middle schoolers.
