Hello from the land down under! I took a course in cooking during my summer break in University last year and I've just loved cooking ever since! Didn't know cooking was so much fun. I'm so happy that I've found this forum, there's so much more I can learn and hopefully put in a few insights of my own.

I'm already trying the cheese dip recipe that I Nicholas linked to in the Recipe forum. That sounds really yummy.
