I know this is not something we really serve very often in the states but I was curious if anyone in the community has some resources on where to get good quality caviar? I would also be curious to know if anyone is serving caviar in their restaurants etc?

When I was working in Chicago, I think we got our Caviar through "European Imports." They are a purveyor and not sure if they sell to the public directly, or even if they are still around.
