Hello everyone!

My name is Eric, I've been cooking professionally for about 10 years (not impressive, but not a rookie.. It's like the awkward teenage years for professional cooks xD)

I wasn't looking for anything in particular when I found this site, but man, I'm glad I did. A few hours of scrolling through old posts and articles, and I'm already better for it. I look forward to learning more from you all, and eventually paying it forward to employees I train, and others on this site.
