I can finally start working on the shop. I was kind of nervous that the inspector would decide I needed an ansel system afterall but nope they accepted everything - no problem! Now lets see how fast I can get the place up and running !!!!

It might be a little late to take those "before" pictures cause we went to work right away and started ripping the place apart!! Great for stress. We've already had people walk in and ask what type of business is coming in and some people trying to see in thru the covered windows. We were working late yesterday evening and really got to see how much foot traffic goes by at night. Can't wait to get those big picture windows filled with demo cakes! The shop is "Madame Butterfly Cakes" and pretty much centers around custom cakes with some wholesale business and distribution on the "mom & pop" level. If this whole cake thing doesn't work out I'll just put an "X" thru the cakes and turn full scale brothel. Hey Lotus, you're still in right????
