I read your post about Trader Joe's Grand Blue cheese, shortly after I came back from Trader Joes very disappointed that I couldn't find any available. I get it that many folks like the sharp bite in cheese - the tangier the better. However there are a bunch of us other folk who find that sharpness downright uncomfortable on our tongue. We still love good cheese but look for the smoother, creamery variety because it doesn't hurt our mouth. I was so excited when I found Grand Blue because I had finally found a blue cheese that didn't hurt my mouth and tongue. It is unfortunate to put put folks off even trying it assuming that everyone's definition of delicious cheese is like mine or yours. Isn't it better to give a description of its qualities and leave followers with an open mind to give it a try. I,for one, will be extremely disappointed if TJ's stops carrying it. Just sayin' ......
