Great Chefs magazine premier issue, was at a newsstand at my local drugstore, and it was a strange coincidence that earlier in the day I was watching Great Chefs on the tv and they were doing a plated macadamia nut crust cheesecake, from some restaurant in Hawaii. The issue looks promising but just wanted to hear what you guys think and who knows in the
