Great Chefs magazine premier issue, was at a newsstand at my local drugstore, and it was a strange coincidence that earlier in the day I was watching Great Chefs on the tv and they were doing a plated macadamia nut crust cheesecake, from some restaurant in Hawaii. The issue looks promising but just wanted to hear what you guys think and who knows in the
future we maybe talking about what someone made from a recent issue. :p

I purchased it, found it while I was in line at a Blockbuster Video (weird)!

It was all articles from other published sources, edited too much also. I was rather suprised...there wasn't anything new at all! Nothing in the way of recipes!

They'll have to actually provide something new if they want me to buy it.....too bad.
