Hey gang, new chef here! I've been a "home cook" my entire life and made a career change to a professional kitchen a few months ago. Working salad bar at a local college, learning a lot and paying my dues! I'm also a home brewer, like any normal Coloradan! /img/vbsmilies/smilies/lol.gif
