a little about me, i run one of three main kitchens in a large resort with 3 golf courses and 2 casino sister properties. i oversee 3 services a day for three outlets out of one kitchen all have different menus. i also assist in day to day operations for three other kitchens that are seasonal. on the education aspect high school was it with vocational education for two years. so hard work and never give up attitude pays off.
