I'm 23 yro and I just got my bacc. in mechanical engineering but I decided to try myself in cooking since it has been my passion for more than a decade. I started my 'prequalification' (changing of your career, dunno how it's exactly called in English) two months ago. I'm done with classes like Basics of tourism and stuff like that. Only thing that's left is 1.5k hours internship which I started this week. Dunno what to expect from it. So far so good, potatoes seem like nice guys, onions make me cry from time to time but who cares. They get their asses chopped in the end. Anyway, I found this forum while I was yahooing (yeah people do that) and I just wanted to say that it's really nice to see that cooking communities exist and that they are not toxic as most of them are. Keep up with the good work.
