I am nineteen years old with five years of cooking experience, three in fine dining. I am currently working at a restaurant called Sweet Basil in Vail, Colorado. I am setting up a stage at Geranium in Copenhagen. There is a lot of paperwork, but I'm not set to leave until May 1st of next year, so there is time to do everything right.

Has anyone staged in Copenhagen from the USA on this forum? I can really use some help figuring out the details of the work permit, fees, bio-dynamic features, the required bank statements, housing, a lot of stuff.
