We are looking for an experienced Head Chef or a talented Sous Chef looking to take the next step up.

We are based in St Davids (Pembrokeshire) the UK's smallest city. We are all about local produce. We have our own herd of pedigree Welsh Black Cattle which we partner with the National Trust to graze their heathlands locally. We also work with RSPB (Ramsey Island) and have a deal with them to buy all their lamb which are born on the island. We have started to make our very own Charcuterie from our produce which is very exciting.

We have just invested in a commercial fishing, so will be landing our own fish as well and having proper catch of the day.

We have just sourced some land as well, where we will be growing our own produce. Which we will want direction for the HC.

We have c.40 covers across 11 tables and an existing team of 4 full-time chefs.

We are looking for someone to help drive us forward and develop our menu and the brand forward.

The person needs to have a passion for locally sourced produce and an interest in foraging would be great.

There is also accommodation available.
