Hello fellow professional and home chefs, cooks and all members! I am Tamas (Thomas) from the heart of Europe.
I've been around a few days, read the forum, and I see this is a very good community.
Although my family had/has several chefs and cooks, I do it only as a hobby almost every day, after work.
I like the knives (e.g. I have a Wüsthof Classic 7") and I like to learn sharpening them on the stone.
If I am not at work or in the kitchen, then I am in my garden, trying to produce some vegetables, spices and fruits.
