Hello everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. I am 26 years old. Been cooking for 7 years. Line cook in a little pub inside of a Whole Foods where I am the only one in the kitchen. In the process of planning a bakery startup. I have not been active on many forums so please pardon me if I do not know proper forum etiquette. I look forward to meeting you al!
